These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Real Movie Reviews, Inc. ("Real Movie Reviews," "Company," "we," "our," or "us") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://realmoviereviews.app, any mobile applications, content, reviews, ratings, communications, products, services, software, features, and related platforms (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Services, creating an account, downloading our mobile application, submitting content, or otherwise interacting with the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Services.

The Services are intended solely for individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you possess the legal capacity and authority to enter into a legally binding agreement.

If you are using the Services on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to bind such entity to these Terms.

Real Movie Reviews provides a platform through which users may discover, view, discuss, review, rate, comment upon, and share information regarding movies, television programs, entertainment content, actors, directors, streaming services, and related media.

The Services may include editorial content, user-generated content, rankings, ratings, recommendations, community features, advertising, newsletters, mobile applications, and other features that may be added, modified, suspended, or removed at any time.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, restrict, or terminate any aspect of the Services without notice and without liability.

Certain features of the Services may require account registration. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to maintain and promptly update such information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at any time and for any lawful reason.

The Services may permit users to submit reviews, ratings, comments, photographs, profile information, messages, suggestions, feedback, and other content ("User Content").

You retain ownership of your User Content. However, by submitting User Content, you grant Real Movie Reviews and its affiliates, successors, assigns, service providers, licensors, and business partners a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid-up, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, store, host, publish, distribute, display, perform, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, market, advertise, and otherwise exploit such User Content in any medium now known or later developed for any lawful purpose related to the operation, promotion, improvement, or commercialization of the Services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you waive any moral rights, rights of attribution, rights of integrity, publicity rights, or similar rights associated with User Content.

You represent and warrant that you possess all rights necessary to grant the foregoing license and that your User Content does not violate any law or third-party rights.

Users may submit only honest and genuine reviews reflecting their actual opinions and experiences.

Users shall not submit reviews that are fraudulent, misleading, deceptive, manipulated, generated through automated means, intended to harass or defame individuals, or designed to artificially influence ratings or rankings.

Real Movie Reviews reserves the unrestricted right to remove, suppress, modify, flag, investigate, or refuse publication of any review that we determine violates these Terms or may adversely affect the integrity of the platform.

You agree not to use the Services in violation of any law or regulation. Impersonate another person or entity, submit false or misleading information, harass, threaten, abuse, stalk, or intimidate others, post defamatory, obscene, hateful, discriminatory, or unlawful content, upload malware, viruses, or harmful code, attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts, circumvent security features, scrape, harvest, copy, or extract data from the Services, interfere with the operation of the Services, infringe intellectual property rights or privacy rights, engage in fraudulent activity or review manipulation.

Real Movie Reviews reserves the absolute right, but assumes no obligation, to monitor, review, edit, remove, disable, restrict, investigate, or refuse any User Content, account, or activity at any time and for any reason.

Our decisions regarding moderation, enforcement, removal, or suspension are final and may be made without prior notice.

All content and materials comprising the Services, including software, source code, databases, text, graphics, photographs, trademarks, logos, trade names, designs, videos, audio recordings, compilations, and proprietary technology, are owned by or licensed to Real Movie Reviews and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly authorized by these Terms, no content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, reverse engineered, modified, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited without prior written permission.

Real Movie Reviews respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same.

If you believe content available through the Services infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notice pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA").

The Services may contain links to third-party websites, advertisements, streaming services, applications, social media platforms, trailers, promotional materials, or other content.

Real Movie Reviews neither owns nor controls third-party content and is not responsible for its accuracy, availability, legality, functionality, or policies.

Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and such third parties.

Reviews, ratings, rankings, recommendations, comments, scores, editorial content, and opinions displayed through the Services are provided solely for informational and entertainment purposes.

Such content reflects subjective viewpoints and does not constitute factual representations, endorsements, guarantees, professional advice, or recommendations by Real Movie Reviews.

Users are solely responsible for evaluating and relying upon information obtained through the Services.

By providing your email address, telephone number, or mobile phone number, you consent to receive communications from Real Movie Reviews, including emails, push notifications, transactional communications, account notifications, customer service communications, and marketing messages.

If you download our application through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or another application marketplace, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Real Movie Reviews and not with the applicable marketplace provider.

Apple, Google, and other marketplace operators shall have no obligation to provide maintenance, support, warranties, or claims handling related to the application.

You acknowledge that use of internet-based services involves inherent risks, including technical failures, interruptions, unauthorized access, cybersecurity incidents, inaccurate information, user misconduct, software defects, and third-party actions.

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with using the Services.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES, APPLICATIONS, CONTENT, REVIEWS, RATINGS, COMMUNICATIONS, SOFTWARE, USER CONTENT, AND ALL RELATED MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS," "AS AVAILABLE," AND "WITH ALL FAULTS" BASIS.

REAL MOVIE REVIEWS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, SECURITY, RELIABILITY, QUALITY, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR AVAILABILITY.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REAL MOVIE REVIEWS, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, SHAREHOLDERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, SUCCESSORS, AND ASSIGNS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, ENHANCED, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, PERSONAL INJURY, OR EMOTIONAL DISTRESS.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF REAL MOVIE REVIEWS EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00) OR THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO REAL MOVIE REVIEWS DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Real Movie Reviews, its affiliates, officers, directors, shareholders, employees, contractors, service providers, licensors, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, penalties, fines, settlements, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Services, User Content, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another person or entity.

Except where prohibited by law, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its applicable consumer arbitration rules.

The arbitration shall be conducted in Sheridan County, Wyoming unless otherwise required by law.

The arbitrator shall have exclusive authority to determine the scope, enforceability, and applicability of this arbitration provision.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AND REAL MOVIE REVIEWS AGREE THAT EACH PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF, CLASS MEMBER, REPRESENTATIVE, OR PARTICIPANT IN ANY CLASS ACTION, COLLECTIVE ACTION, MASS ACTION, PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION, OR CONSOLIDATED PROCEEDING.

You acknowledge that unauthorized use of the Services or infringement of intellectual property rights may cause irreparable harm for which monetary damages may be inadequate. Accordingly, Real Movie Reviews shall be entitled to seek injunctive or equitable relief without the necessity of posting bond.

Real Movie Reviews shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, failure, or inability to perform resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, governmental actions, labor disputes, internet outages, utility failures, cyberattacks, acts of war, terrorism, civil unrest, or failures of third-party providers.

You may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.

Real Movie Reviews may assign these Terms, in whole or in part, without restriction.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

To the extent any dispute is permitted to proceed in court, such dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and the parties irrevocably consent to such jurisdiction and venue.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

The failure of Real Movie Reviews to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional policies incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Real Movie Reviews regarding the Services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms become effective upon posting. Continued use of the Services following publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
